Symptom
After running the Database Translator, the following error messages appear when logging into Alarm Monitoring > System Administration:
"Intended Operation Not Supported.""Found an inappropriate Argument"
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Select Control Panel > Regional Settings *(Region and Language) > Format Tab.
- Select English and the appropriate location.
- Restart the OnGuard workstation.
- Open System Administration.
