Symptom
When adding a new smart card format in System Administration, the following entry may not be available in the Application drop-down on the Card Format form in the Card Formats folder:
IE Access Control (MIFARE)
Integrated Engineering Access Control Support (STD)
If this line item is disabled, contact Lenel's Systems Integration group by phone at (585) 267-7726 to have the line item enabled and a new license file sent to you.

Resolution
To resolve the issue, ensure that the following line item is enabled in the license for the site:Integrated Engineering Access Control Support (STD)
