X-Series panels in Alarm Monitoring show “Configuration type mismatch” when viewed in the System Tree.
Procedure Steps
If using OnGuard 7.5 or later, these steps apply if using X3300, X2220, X2210, or X4420 panels:
- Using a LNL-X3300 as an example, during initial setup, ensure that the “Panel type” drop down shows LNL-X3300.
- If the panel was configured using LNL-3300 and the panel has “Configuration type mismatch”, right-click the panel that was just created.
- Click “Promote Access Panel to LNL-X3300”.
If using OnGuard 7.4 or earlier, ensure that DIP switch 4 is enabled. If not, enable it and then boot the panel.
