This issue occurs if the LS Web Service (nginx) is not running.
Start or restart the LS Web Service.
In the Task Manager list of processes, two nginx processes (with the green "G" icon) will appear. If they do not appear, nginx is not able to run. Check the log file (
C:\ProgramData\Lnl\nginx\logs\error.log
