Symptom
When trying to activate a license by phone using License Administration, the License Activation pop-up window does not open.
To duplicate the issue:
- Open License Administration.
- Load the license.
- Click [Activate by Phone].
- The License Activation pop-up window does not open.
Resolution
In Internet Explorer:
- Select Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level.
- Scroll down to the Scripting section of the list.
- Enable all Scripting options.
