How to search for blank data in Cardholder drop-down fields
Procedure Steps
- On the Cardholders form in System Administration or ID CredentialCenter, click [Search].
- Select the drop-down to search
- Enter two single quotes ('') or two double quotes ("").
- Click [OK] to search.
- If the drop-down contains blank data, it will be returned in the search.
