How to print reports via Scheduler to a network printer on a domain
Procedure Steps
1) Add the network printer in Windows.2) In System Administration, under Administration > System Options..., General System Options tab, ensure the Linkage Server host field is set to the hostname of the computer running the Linkage Server service.
3) Configure the Linkage Server service to log on using a Windows account with credentials on the domain where the network printer exists.
4) Restart the Linkage Server service.
5) In System Administration, under Administration > Scheduler..., configure a new action with an Action Type of Schedule Report. Choose Send report to printer and specify the network printer from step 1 in the Select printer below: dropdown.
The next time this scheduled action executes, the report will print to the desired network printer.
