How to add an ILS panel and ILS locks to OnGuard for the first time

Assume that OnGuard system does not have ILS hardware yet and we want to add it, configure and start to use.

1) ILS Offline panel should be added first. In this panel you need to configure at least one operator who can login into the PDA with installed ILS application. This operator should have proper permissions to works with locks in this ILS application. This first user (say – “sa”) can have all permissions.

2) Add the ILS wireless panel.
Specify Workstation name where comm. server is running, IP address of the WAP (WAP can be ethernet or wireless), channel ID.
When WAP connected and powered – you should be able to ping this IP address.

3) Add readers to this ILS panel – magnetic, PROX and iCLASS. For PROX and iCLASS, card formats should be also assigned.
