Symptom
The following error occurs when launching Alarm Lite:
"HTTP could not register URL http://+:35555/. Your process does not have access rights to this namespace (see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=70353 for details)"
Resolution
- Navigate to Start > Run.
- Type Netsh.exea.
- At the netsh prompt, type netsh http add urlacl url=http://=35555/ user =DOMAIN/User.
- Replace DOMAIN/User with the domain and user account that is trying to access Alarm Lite.

Other services and applications may report the same "HTTP could not register URL" error. The above Microsoft KB can still be applied to help resolve the issue, however the port may be different.
