Symptom
Using Windows 2008 64-bit Server, cannot import new badge layout into BadgeDesigner. After selecting the badge layout file and clicking [OK], the following error shows:
Error during import badge layout.
File not found [Code=4e2e]Resolution
Place the badge layout files directly in the C:\Program Files\OnGuard folder, and then import them again from the OnGuard folder.
