What are the requirements for using the SnapShell business card scanner?
1) OnGuard 2009 (6.3.249) or later must be used. The SnapShell is not supported in versions of OnGuard prior to 6.3.249.
2) The SnapShell can only be used with Visitor Management Front Desk.
3) The SnapShell can only be used for business card scanning in OnGuard. Driver license scanning is not supported in OnGuard using this device at this time.
