Symptom
When logging into the OnGuard Credential module, it does not display the cardholder screen. When attempting to view the page, you may see the error:
"Unable to get the property 'slice' of undefined or no reference"
Resolution
1) Open SQL Management Studio and navigate to the dbo.UDFPAGES table.
2) Verify that the following entries are present:
3) If any of the items within the above list in the dbo.UDFPAGES table are missing, then modify the table and manually input the entries.
