SkyPoint - Auga Control resource leak

A resource leak will occur when viewing recorded video playback from a SkyPoint recorder in Alarm Monitoring and Remote Monitor. The leak occurs during playback from either NetDVMS/RC-C or NetEVS/RC-E recorders. On average, Alarm Monitoring and Remote Monitor will leak approximately 1 thread, 5 handles, and 450 bytes of memory. These values might increase based on the frequency with which seeking is performed during the playback session.

All leaked resources will be restored once Alarm Monitoring is closed. Since Remote Monitor is not expected to be opened and closed on a regular basis, over time, if used frequently in conjunction with playback from SkyPoint recorders, Remote Monitor might terminate unexpectedly.
