What size files are supported and/or recommended for import or use with FCWnx 7.6 and later versions?

The FCWnx 7.7 documentation does not include recommended sizes for cardholder photos. The following [large] file dimensions were tested:
These file types were tested with FCWnx 7.6, but they also apply to FCWnx 7.7. The file sizes mentioned above are not recommended as these sizes would rapidly grow the database. During testing, these file types were imported into the FCWnx database; they were not imported.
Files were captured with a camera, but they were smaller (max size supported by the Canon S80 camera). The maximum size supported by the database is 4.3 GB per image. Photo files of this size would require a massive amount of hard drive space. Network bandwidth would also be impacted.
- bmp: 1.4 MB, 800 x 600 pixels, 24 bit color depth
- jpg: 1.3 MB, 1253 x 756 pixels, 24 bit color depth
- png: 1.3 MB, 1024 x 960 pixels, 32 bit color depth
- tif: 1.0 MB, 720 x 486 pixels, 24 bit color depth
