If the Panasonic Translator.dll will not register and you are On a an OnGuard Server running OS of Windows Server 2008 you must have Windows Desktop Experience installed... Right Click on Computer and select Manage Select Features and then 'Add Features' Desktop Experience - check box click Next then click Install (installation will require restart on completion) rerun the Add-on, also note that the tested firmware for this WJ ND400 is revision 3.20 earlier versions may not function.
