Oracle Regions with Many Events May Experience Long Database Setup Run Time
Detailed Description
During an upgrade of an OnGuard 2008 (6.0) or earlier system running Oracle with millions of events, regions may take an extended amount of time to run Database Setup. The length of time this may take can be extended on systems that additionally have thousands of custom event parameters. The amount of time required to upgrade may exceed a day (24 hours).
