Symptom
When connected to 24 volts DC power, an NGP panel may not power on.
Resolution
There are two separate terminals on the upper left of the NGP panel that can be used to supply power.
Terminal CN1 is used for 12 volts DC only. Pin 1 is +12V and Pin 2 is 0V.
Terminal CN2 is used for either 18 volts AC or 24 volts DC. Pins 1 and 3 are used to connect power, and Pin 2 should be connected to earth ground.
