Detailed Description

If you have UAC turned on in Windows  and you use NT authentication to connect in the application.config file for the web applications, and you are logged into the OnGuard server as an administrator account: You may get an invalid login error message when using Database Setup or Form Translator, potentially the UTC Conversion utility. If you encounter this issue, run these applications with "Run as Administrator".
