Symptom
Interlogix cameras show ghosting/artifacts when viewing the cameras in Live. They might also be slow to load when trying to view live video (20-30s).
Resolution
- Log into the camera's web page.
- Go to the Image settings.
- Change the Profile to Base or Main Profile (High Profile is not supported).
- Change the I-Frame interval to match your FPS. These settings are not control via OnGuard/Prism, so these changes must be made on the camera's web page for each camera exhibiting this issue.
