Symptom
The Object Moves Too Fast event has a Maximum Crossing Time property (for OnGuard version earlier than 6.1.222, this property was named Minimal Duration).
For upgrades to OnGuard 2008 Plus (6.1.222): If the property was previously set to a non-integer value and then the system is upgraded to OnGuard 2008 Plus (6.1.222), then attempting to open the event in the video search dialog from System Administration causes an error to occur (0x80070057).
If a system is upgraded to OnGuard 2008 Plus (6.1.222), and then the system is upgraded again to OnGuard 2009 (6.3.249), then this problem will persist into OnGuard 2009 (6.3.249).
Resolution
To work around the issue, the Object Moves Too Fast event must be deleted from System Administration, and then added again.Applies To
