How do I move a Video Recorder from one Communication Server to another?
Answer
- In System Administration, mark the recorder(s) offline.
- Stop the Communication Server(s) the recorder(s) point to.
- Change the WORKSTATION for the recorder(s).
- Mark the recorder(s) online.
- Start the Communication Server(s).
Stopping the Communication Server the recorder originally pointed to is required to stop any communication threads that might exist between the recorder and the Communication Server.
