How to get NGP panel to transmit armed and disarmed areas to Central Station.

In System Administration - Access Control - Areas (for an NGP panel) - Intrusion Detection tab - new Report mode dropdown list has been added to the UI The values for the dropdown list are:   

Emergency (the default value)
                                                       

 

There is a workaround for this, update AREA_NGP.REPORT_MODE column to be 1 for the area you wish to have transmit area opening and closing events to central station. Once you make this update in the database you need to do a modify/ok on the area in the OnGuard UI so that the change stored in the database is sent down to the panel. Once you do this area opening and closing reports will be sent to central station.
