Symptom
During installation of OnGuard on a client computer running Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, or Windows Server 2008, the following error message might appear:
"WScript.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll."
Resolution
To resolve the issue, ensure that the latest version of ScrRun.dll is installed on the computer.
