DSR will not come online after Installing the 7.6 Accessory Add-On for Assa Abloy
Procedure Steps
1. Confirm that the Assa Abloy add-on is installed ONLY on the comm server that the DSR is pointing to.
2. It is recommended to install the add on using an elevated command window using the following command - msiexec /I ‘path to the setup.msi’
3. IF after installing the add on you are still experiencing DSR’s off line you will need to register the Assa Abloy dll’s using regasm.exe 9 (C:\windows\Microsoft.net\framework\2.057)
a. Stop the LS Communication Server if it is not already
b. Navigate to the dll - ~\Program Files (x86)\OnGuard
c. Right click on the dll
d. Open with, select Look for another app
e. Navigate to the regasm.exe, select it and click open - If it runs without any messages come up then all is ok
f. After registering all Assa Abloy DLL’s Run the DSR-OnGuard Configuration Maker
g. Start the LS Communication Server
