Symptom
QA reported having trouble with the Panasonic WV-NS954 and saving presets. When pressing the Preset button, it takes as much as 8 to 10 seconds for the dialog to appear. When working correctly with an Axis camera, for example, it takes less then 1 second.
Then clicking Advanced>> opens the dialog and shows the absolute position. When doing this, there might be 0.00000's where there should not be. Clicking Current will sometimes update the correct values, or sometimes add more 0.0000's.
Resolution
This is a camera limitation. It seems to be related to the slow response from the WV-NS954 camera when it was set up with high resolution and framerate in MPEG4 mode. After reducing the framerate, it worked correctly. The resolution in customer sites is to reduce the framerate and save the presets, and then set the framerate to the desired value.
