Badge Activation and Deactivation dates and times in OnGuard Enterprise
General Information
Badge Activation and Deactivation dates and times are replicated to each region and date/time is converted to each locations local timezone, NOT to UTC time. This is by design so that if a badge is marked for deactivation on a specific date and time, then the badge deactivates across all locations/timezones at the same time. This is to ensure worldwide synchronization of the activation/deactivation event.

Additional Information
Events are still stored as UTC time and converted properly for each timezone. Reports will show event correctly for that timezone. Badge activation and deactivation will again show appropriate for that timezone's location.
