Question
After using a licensed feature in OnGuard, when does that feature become available for other users?
As an example, if you are using Multimedia Capture to capture a photo (which is a licensed feature), you cannot simply close this window or just log out of System Administration. You must completely close System Administration for the feature to be available to another user.
The use of licensed features can be revoked manually, for users with access to License Administration. To do this, follow the steps below.
1) Log into License Administration and view the license.
2) Locate the feature in the license, and click the blue number in the "In Use" column.
3) The current checkouts for the feature are shown. You can select the session you want to revoke, then click [Revoke] to check in the feature for use by another user.
