Symptom
A "No Tamper Signal" event is displayed in Alarm Monitoring for the LNL-2020W.
If the keypad is configured correctly, the tamper signal may have been activated on the reader, or not properly set up on the reader. Check the reader to be certain that the tamper switch was correctly installed and placed.
Resolution
Verify that the correct keypad has been selected on the Reader tab in System Administration. It should be configured as LNL-2020W with tamper, or LNL-2020W with tamper should be disabled.If the keypad is configured correctly, the tamper signal may have been activated on the reader, or not properly set up on the reader.
